Sensitive Men, is a musical experiment by Brianna Lance which was started upon three years ago.  The preface behind the album was for Brianna to step out of her comfort zone, where she had been in an all female band, worked at an all female company, and only ever worked with men within a creative process as guest stars, rather then main characters.

Brianna wrote 8 songs and then asked 8 different men to work on them.  Dave Fridmann produced the whole album (known for producing and mixing the likes of Flamming Lips, Tame Impala, Cut Copy, etc.)  She then respectively sent one track to one different man: Tom Furse (The Horrors), Josh Epstein (Jr Jr), Ben Goldwasser (MGMT), Andrew Wyatt (Miike Snow), Freddie Cowan (The Vaccines), Joe Rogers (Bombz), and Laszlo Horvath (Bombz).

Once the musical component was complete, Brianna decided to work with only females to help bring this album to life via an art project. She asked 7 women, and one gender-fluid dream to each make a video of themselves dancing alone to a track. This line up was Niki Takesh, Rebecca Dayan, Nicola Collie, Anna Gray, Brie Welch, Naomi Shimada, Dree Hemingway and Richie Shazam.

You can enjoy the album by listening to it on I-Tunes or Spotify, and find below the beautiful videos from the art project.
